Summary
Vibration induced chafing burst a hydraulic line in the right nacelle, and a flight control software fault during repeated primary flight control system resets then commanded a sudden pitch change. The aircraft fell about 1,600 ft and came down in woodland near Marine Corps Air Station New River, killing all four on board.
