Summary
An AutoGyro MT-03 Eagle crashed between Máriahalom and Epöl during a low-level display for a friend. The pilot slowed to minimum speed, then turned downwind and added power, lost control as the gyroplane slipped about 90 degrees to the right, and struck the ground. The pilot was killed. Investigators found the accident was caused by risky manoeuvres in adverse weather.
