Summary
A Magni M-18 Spartan gyroplane on a local flight from Aveiro aerodrome developed engine trouble and the pilot made a precautionary landing on the beach at S. Jacinto. A rotor blade was destroyed and the pilot was unhurt. The aircraft was recovered to Aveiro with help from the maritime police.
