Eurocopter AS 350B3 Ecureuil crash near Tafraout, Tiznit Province, Souss-Massa, Morocco

During a low-level geological survey flight, a survey instrument towed on a long line snagged beneath an unmarked power line roughly 40 metres above the ground. The line broke about a metre above the instrument, which fell and was destroyed. Neither the poles, the wires nor the helicopter were damaged, and there were no injuries or damage on the ground.
