Summary
A Royal Navy Merlin Mk4 helicopter crashed at approximately 03:45 BST during a training exercise near Okehampton, Devon, killing all three crew members. The victims were Lt Cdr Chris Gayson (42), Lt Lily-Mae Fisher (31) and Petty Officer Owen Green (24), all based at RNAS Yeovilton. The incident is being investigated by the Defence Accident Investigation Branch.
