Summary
A Mountain Helicopters AS350B3+ (9N-AJP, manufactured 2009) crashed in Sindhupalchowk district during earthquake relief operations. The main and tail rotors struck a high-tension wire, causing loss of directional control and impact with sloping terrain. A post-crash fire consumed the wreckage. All four on board were killed. Contributing factors included passenger distraction and pilot fatigue.
