Summary
A helicopter crashed near Parma in northern Italy, killing all three on board. The victims included two pilots and Lorenzo Rovagnati, the head of Rovagnati, a major Italian cured meats company. The crash is believed to have been caused by either pilot error from heavy fog or a mechanical failure in the tail rotor. The Parma prosecutor ordered an examination of the helicopter black box. Italy's civil aviation authority ANSV launched an investigation.
