Summary
A Simrik Air AS350B2 (9N-ALR) swung right and made three uncontrolled rotations while landing on the Grande International Hospital rooftop helipad in Kathmandu. The captain lost control and the helicopter skidded 20ft left, falling onto an adjacent rooftop 10ft below. The main rotor hit the sloped roof, the tail struck, and the windshield cracked. The pilot broke the windshield to escape uninjured.
