Summary

A man was struck by the rotor blade of a Fishtail Air AS350B3 (9N-AJI, manufactured 2010) while landing at an unmanned helipad in Listi, Sindhupalchowk district, and died. The pilot was arrested. The investigation found the company lacked procedures for unmanned helipads and the resort manager walked into the danger area.
