Summary
A Hungarian Air Ambulance AS350B rolled over during an engine ground run at Balatonfüred. Investigators found the collective lever lock probably slipped under vibration as rotor speed increased, letting the collective rise, and with the controls secured the pilot could only make coarse corrections.
