Amateur-built Coaxial ultralight helicopter crash near Xi'an, China

A self-built ultralight coaxial helicopter lost control shortly after taking off on a test flight at Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, when the main rotor blades struck the tail boom during a turn. The aircraft was destroyed and the pilot, the only person on board, was unhurt. The Northwest Regional Administration of the CAAC said the aircraft was not on its register.
