Summary
A Fishtail Air AS350B2 (9N-AKA, manufactured 1994) suffered minor tail rotor damage after it struck the ground while attempting to land near Dhorpatan Hunting Reserve, Baglung district. All six occupants escaped unhurt. This was the first of three incidents involving this aircraft (2012, 2014, 2016 fatal).
