Helicopter crash near Singapore

The helicopter was destroyed after a rotor failure and all three on board were killed: the Deputy of Perak State, a British Army officer and the Air Force pilot. Neither the type nor the serial was recorded, and the make here is unknown. The aggregator files the accident under Singapore, but Perak is in Malaysia, so the location should be treated as doubtful.
