Helicopter crash near Urubici, Santa Catarina, Brazil

A helicopter carrying Brazilian country singer Rick (of the duo Rick & Renner), businessman Bruno Avelar, an experienced pilot, and a videographer disappeared on Monday afternoon (April 21) in the mountainous Serra Catarinense region near Urubici, Santa Catarina, Brazil during heavy rain. Search and rescue teams from the Fire Department and Civil Defense were deployed, while the family believed the aircraft may have made an emergency landing rather than crashed.
