Summary
A Bell 430 carrying four people, including sertanejo singer Rick of the duo Rick & Renner, lost contact over the Serra Catarinense near Vacas Gordas, Urubici, Santa Catarina, while flying towards the São Joaquim region in poor weather. A search involving police and fire crews was hampered by fallen trees, flooded bridges and dense forest on steep terrain. The last location came from a crew member's mobile phone. The helicopter remains missing.
