Summary
A Mexican Navy (SEMAR) Mil Mi-17 helicopter made a controlled emergency landing near La Garita in the municipality of Tamazula de Gordiano, Jalisco, at approximately 07:30 a.m. The helicopter was conducting anti-narcotics surveillance patrols when the incident occurred. Three naval personnel sustained non-life-threatening injuries. SEMAR confirmed no fatalities. Video filmed by local residents captured the moment of the crash.
