Summary
A Swedish Air Force AS332 Puma rescue helicopter (Helikopter 10) crashed into the sea east of Roro island in the Gothenburg archipelago during a training exercise. Six of the seven crew members were killed. One survived. It was described as the worst helicopter accident in the Swedish armed forces since 1968. The SHK investigated.
