Summary
A Robinson R44 helicopter (N478AT) operated by Airmen Testing and Training on an instructional flight crashed into a vacant warehouse on South Congress Avenue in Boynton Beach, Florida, shortly after 12:20 p.m. Both the flight instructor and the student pilot were killed. Police, firefighters, and hazmat crews responded after fuel was found leaking from the wreckage.
