Summary
A Helisul Bell 206B-3 on a survey flight crashed at Alvoco da Serra in the Serra da Estrela while routing to Covilhã. The pilot and two others on board were injured. Investigators found the pilot lost control after an unanticipated right yaw, with low height, low translational speed, a mass close to the limit for the altitude and high power all contributing.
