Robinson R44 Raven II crash near near Maliuc, Tulcea, Romania

Summary
According to the operator, at about one metre on takeoff the helicopter moved suddenly left, then right, and with so little height the rotor touched the ground. It overturned to the right and caught fire shortly afterwards. The pilot evacuated all three occupants and nobody was hurt. The registration was cancelled the following April.
