Kamov Ka-26 crash near Săpânța, Maramureș County, Romania

A shepherd found a body in forest near Săpânța, and the wreck of a Kamov Ka-26 was found nearby. The aircraft carried no registration and no details could be established, and its colours matched no Ka-26 on the Romanian register, so it is thought to have entered the country unrecorded.
