Summary
A Heliservices SA315B Lama was setting down an underslung load at a hillside work site at Kau Lung Hang Lo Wai, Fanling, next to a high-voltage power line, when an electrical flash occurred beside the cables below the helicopter. Sparks and smoke fell on the site and two ground workers were injured. The helicopter returned to Sek Kong with its sling equipment damaged.
