Summary
Two Royal Netherlands Navy Wasps operating from the frigates Hr.Ms. De Ruyter and Hr.Ms. Tjerk Hiddes collided over the Atlantic near the Azores. This aircraft, flying from Tjerk Hiddes, was destroyed. Both crew survived.
