Summary
The Mexican Dirección General de Aeronáutica Civil (DGAC) has notified the NTSB of an accident involving a AgustaWestland 109SP helicopter that occurred on July 28, 2012. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the DGAC investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of Manufacturer of the engines. All investigative information will be released by the DGAC.
