Summary
A Bell 505 Jet Ranger X on a training flight from Weston Airport crashed into an agricultural building near Killucan, County Westmeath during a sixth practice autorotation at low altitude. Both occupants — an instructor and a student — were killed. The AAIU investigation found loss of control during the training manoeuvre was the cause.
