Summary
The helicopter was on a VIP flight from Bayelsa to Port Harcourt when it came down in a swamp near Okoroba. All six on board were killed, among them the governor of Kaduna State, Patrick Ibrahim Yakowa, and the former national security adviser, Owoye Azazi. No cause was published.
