Aerospatiale AS350B2 crash near Camp Fenelon, Canada

On August 18, 2014, about 930 EDT, a Airbus AS 350 B-2, C-GSSS, operated by Expedition Helicopters, experienced a reported high-side overspeed governor failure on final for the helipad near Camp Fenelon, Canada.
