Bell 206 crash near Gameti, Canada

A Bell 206 helicopter crashed into a lake north of Gameti (Gamètì), a Tlicho First Nation community approximately 375km northwest of Yellowknife in the Northwest Territories, and overturned. The three occupants survived and were found nearly three hours after the crash by local community volunteers who assisted in the search. All three were taken to a local health centre with minor injuries. The TSB is investigating.
