Summary
A Heli-Services SA315B Lama was returning from a construction site near Tsuen Wan to wait out an approaching storm when the weather overtook it. The pilot reported he could no longer see the landing pad and would land elsewhere, and the helicopter crashed shortly after, killing both on board. The pilot probably became disorientated after losing sight of the ground in heavy rain or a fogged canopy.
