Robinson R44 crash near Ankara, Turkey

Summary
A Robinson R44 training helicopter belonging to Turkish Aerospace Industries (TUSAS) crashed in open land in the Temelli neighbourhood of Ankara's Sincan district at 10:02 a.m. A retired colonel was killed and one other person was injured. The injured occupant was airlifted to hospital by medical helicopter. Gendarmerie units secured the area. The cause is under investigation.
