Summary
The R44 took off from the supply point at the El Naco farm at 10:45 local time to carry out agricultural work. Shortly after lifting off it fell to the ground, according to the technical personnel attending the flights. Farm workers assisted the pilot, who had no apparent injuries. Investigated by UIA Guatemala.
