Bell 505 crash near Petersgrat Mountain, Switzerland

A Bell 505 Jet Ranger X (HB-ZWF) departed Bern Airport on a training flight with two crew members and one passenger. During landing on the glacier at Petersgrat Mountain, the helicopter rolled over onto its right side for unknown reasons and was severely damaged. Two people were injured and one escaped unhurt. The SWI article noted this was not the first accident at this mountain landing site — in 2017, a helicopter also overturned while landing there, killing the pilot. The Swiss Safety Investigation Service opened an investigation.
