Robinson R44 crash near Lichtmis, Netherlands

Summary
A Helicon BV Robinson R44 Raven I (PH-WQW, manufactured 2010) crashed shortly after takeoff from a helispot at hotel-restaurant De Koperen Hoogte near Lichtmis, approximately 7km west of Nieuwleusen, and sank into a small lake. All three occupants survived unhurt and swam to shore. The helicopter was salvaged the following morning.
