Summary
The Ecureuil was filming in a fjord at the Jakobshavn Glacier near Ilulissat when the engine lost power. The helicopter crashed into the water and sank, killing one of the two people on board. Investigators concluded that the passenger, reaching behind for filming equipment, had partially closed the fuel control lever and caused a partial engine shutdown.
