Summary
A Royal Saudi Land Forces McDonnell Douglas AH-64D Apache helicopter (originally serial 90-0341) crashed in Jizan Province near the Yemen border. Both pilots were killed. The Saudi government Press Agency identified the two pilots on the same day. The helicopter was reportedly shot down by Houthi rebels during combat operations in the Saudi-Yemen border region. The aircraft was originally delivered to the US Army before transfer to Saudi Arabia.
