On June 27, 2018, at 1713 central standard time, a Canadian registered Bell 205A helicopter, C-FYHD, operated by Transwest Air Ltd Partnership, was substantially damaged during a precautionary landing due to severe airframe vibration at Buckmayer Lake, Saskatchewan, Canada.
