Bell 206B crash near Ada, United States

A helicopter operated by Industrial Helicopters of Lafayette, Louisiana crashed about six miles south of Ada, Oklahoma while spraying pesticides on farmland. The aircraft struck a power line after flying too low. The pilot was initially trapped inside the wreckage but was later removed and airlifted to hospital. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is leading the investigation.
