Robinson R22 crash near Kirke Såby, Zealand, Denmark

The R22 was on an aerial survey flight from Roskilde when it crashed onto a sports field at Kirke Såby. The pilot was killed and the passenger, a photographer, seriously injured. Witnesses described the helicopter circling low over nearby houses before it turned and descended nose-first behind trees. There was a fire on impact. The pitch had been in use for a football match minutes earlier.
