Summary

On October 4, 2013, at 1715 UTC, a Bell 206B, United Kingdom registration G-BPWI, was substantially damaged when it impacted terrain and rolled over following a loss of engine power near Upper Edgebold near Shrewsbury, Shopshire, England.
