Bell 407 crash near San Agustine Guatemala, Guatemala

The Direccion General de Aeronutica Civil (DGAC) of Guatemala has notified the NTSB of a non-fatal accident involving a Bell 407GX Helicopter, registration TG-PDF, that occurred on September 24, 2015. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the DGAC under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13. The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Government of Guatemala.
