Bell 47G-5 crash near Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong

Summary
A Dragonfly Helicopters Bell 47G-5 delivering equipment to a TV relay station under construction on Golden Hill, near Tsuen Wan, hovered too close to a crate it had just released. A float cross tube jammed under the crate lid, the helicopter rolled towards rising ground, a blade struck the hillside and it cartwheeled. A construction worker was killed and two bystanders were injured. The pilot survived.
