The JetRanger was carrying out fumigation work over plantations at the La Cuchilla farm in Champerico, Retalhuleu. During the spraying flights the pilot reported a loss of power. The helicopter struck the ground and rolled over. Recorded by UIA Guatemala as UIA-A-14-2021.
