Summary
A Saudi Medical Services Aerospatiale SA365N Dauphin 2 (HZ-MS16, manufactured 1986) crashed approximately 35km south of Riyadh while en route from Oery to Hawtah Bani Tamim to pick up a patient. All four on board were killed: pilot Captain Khaled Al-Dakhil, First Lieutenant Mandeel Al-Subaihi, Egyptian doctor Amjad Al-Iraqi, and Filipino nurse Rosella. The helicopter belonged to the Ministry of Defence medical services.
