Summary
A Kenya Air Force Mil Mi-171E helicopter crashed in the Ol Tepesi area near Ngong, Kajiado County during a training mission at approximately 09:00. The helicopter was destroyed by fire. Eleven occupants died and twelve were rescued with serious injuries. It was one of the deadliest Kenyan military aviation disasters.
