Summary
A Kenya Air Force Mil Mi-171 (KAF1103) crashed near Juja town, 30km northeast of Nairobi, at 18:00 during a routine training drill near the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. The pilot, co-pilot, and a technician jumped from the helicopter before it exploded. All three survived.
