Summary
A Prime Aviation Ltd Eurocopter AS350B3+ (5Y-SDL) crashed at taxiway A less than a minute after takeoff from Wajir Airport while transporting examination papers to Arbajahan. The helicopter lost altitude and crashed near the intersection of Taxiways A and H. One occupant sustained serious injuries, two had minor injuries.
