Bell 206B crash near Sept-Iles, Canada

On September 2, 2015, about 1345 Universal Coordinated Time (UTC), a Bell 206B, Canada Registry C-GYBK, impacted terrain about 19 miles north of Sept-iles, Quebec. Of the five occupants that were on board, the pilot sustained minor injuries, two passengers sustained serious injuries, and two passengers sustained fatal injuries. The investigation is being conducted under the authority of the Transportation Safety Board of Canada.
