Bell 407 crash near Mwachon, Kenya

Summary
A Bell 407 (5Y-PKI, manufactured 2010) operated by Muhwai Limited carrying Roads Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen and Kenya Airports Authority chairman Oscar Sudi suffered an accident during departure from Mwachon, Eldama Ravine. The helicopter lifted into a hover, turned into the wind, and immediately the low rotor RPM horn sounded. The helicopter lost attitude, the pilot turned right and flew it to the ground resulting in a hard landing. Skids damaged. All six on board exited with no injuries.
